Akinremi was born in Lagos State and she has earned degrees in Law from Lagos State University and Nigeria Law School in Lagos. She is a passionate, practicing lawyer and career-ambitious woman who has a strong passion for litigation, property management coupled with a love for humanitarian work.
Her objective is: to prove relevant skills that are innovative and positive in application to heighten her ability to face challenges and to make things work beyond expectation. Her experiences include working as an editor with White and Black Legal publication (2009 to 2012), extern and consultant with Wole Olanipekun & Co. Legal Practitioner (2013), legal officer at Yemi Omodele & Co. Legal Practitioner (2014 – 2015), and treasurer and financial secretary of justice chambers LASU chapter during her time as an undergraduate. In these roles, her responsibilities included drafting of legal processes, representing clients, completing court processes, performing legal research, and assisting with document production and trial preparation.
Akinremi is certified on human rights resource management and has training in alternative dispute resolution. She is presently the CEO and Corporate Secretary/ Legal Officer for The Inanna Women Empowerment Foundation.
